Why joining in a Retreat

How good is it to have a holiday? Now imagine a break, a holiday, a moment for yourself where you are completed focused on your wellbeing, because that's what a retreat is.

Yes a holiday always sounds good, but we have to plan, organise everything, sometimes we will be drinking and eating more, maybe partying more...sometimes we will be doing a lot just because its the time you have to explore, but not always the holidays will bring a sense of nurturing and nourishment we may need. On the other hand a Retreat is a place where you go with peace of mind knowing that everything has been taken care of for you, your food, accomodation, activities and sharing that time with people that are seeking the same things you are, maybe the same feelings.

In a retreat you actually have the opportunity to recharge, to look after your body your mind and reconnect with your Heart, at least that's my experience with retreats.

The only thing you need is to find a retreat that connects with what you are seeking at the moment, but one think is true, we see our lives with more clarity when we take a break from our daily routine, when we are out of our bubble ( energetic bubble), the reset the mind sometimes need won't come from a break where you only distract and intoxicate your system, the reset, the clarity, the new direction, or just the strength you need to change some aspects of your life will happen naturally when your system feels balanced, nurtured, safe and calm to do it so.

so if you have been feeling, alone, stressed, anxious, urging for a change but not really knowing where to start... you may need to start with a good break, with a good retreat that will nourish your mind, body and soul. https://www.ellyvateretreats.com/whispers-of-wellness-reiki-retreat
